1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 6zz6 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 6zz6 website at https://6zz6.pro and all associated services, products, and features (collectively the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the Platform including visitors, registered members, and players who have deposited funds.

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use the 6zz6 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is non-negotiable. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended and any balances handled in accordance with these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 6zz6 or any of its associated companies, affiliates, or game providers.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or had an account closed by 6zz6 for breach of these Terms.
• You are using only funds that lawfully belong to you and are depositing in good faith for the purpose of genuine gaming activity.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access real-money gaming on the 6zz6 Platform, you must register a personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete information. You warrant that all information supplied during registration is true, current, and not misleading. 6zz6 may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the information provided.

Account Obligations

• Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account (whether in your own name or through a third party) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. 6zz6 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• 6zz6 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it has reasonable grounds to believe has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, pending investigation.

KYC Verification

6zz6 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering standards. Before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, or at any time at the Company's discretion, you may be required to provide one or more of the following:

• Government-issued photo identification (national ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 3 months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of mobile banking registration or card statement).

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

6zz6 supports a range of payment methods suited to players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise specified. The Company reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 across all supported payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit, though the Company reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion.
• Deposits are credited to your 6zz6 account balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. In rare cases of technical delays, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be rejected, and any associated funds may be held pending investigation.
• 6zz6 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Please check your provider's terms before depositing.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 6zz6 reserves the right to request alternative withdrawal methods where the original method is unavailable.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days after the request has been reviewed and approved by 6zz6's payments team. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or requiring additional verification may take longer.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals from accounts with pending bonus conditions will be restricted to the portion of the balance not subject to rollover.
• 6zz6 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal request, including requesting KYC documentation if not already provided. This is a standard financial security measure and is applied uniformly.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

6zz6 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the conditions of the relevant promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds (or in some cases the combined bonus and deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement of ৳1,000 requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
• 6zz6 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotional offer, or to withhold bonus funds, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has attempted to abuse the promotion, provided false information, or acted in bad faith.
• Bonus offers are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared with any other person or account.
• Unless specifically stated, bonus offers are available to Players making their first qualifying deposit during the promotional period and may not be claimed multiple times or combined with other active promotional offers unless explicitly permitted.

6zz6 may publish specific bonus terms for individual promotions on the relevant promotion page. In any case of conflict between the general bonus conditions in this section and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion.

6. Responsible Gaming

6zz6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes. We provide a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, and we encourage all Players to use these tools proactively.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased with immediate effect or increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out. This helps manage time spent on the Platform.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with or gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet, including signalling, chip dumping, or coordinating bets in live dealer games.
• Opening multiple accounts, using false identities, or impersonating another person or entity for the purpose of circumventing account restrictions or claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks, or depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or system vulnerability on the Platform. Any winnings derived from exploiting such issues will be voided, and the account may be closed.
• Allowing a minor (any person under the age of 21) to access or use your 6zz6 account. Account holders are solely responsible for ensuring that minors cannot access the Platform through their devices.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 6zz6 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 6zz6 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of 6zz6 and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, transmit, or exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 6zz6.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6zz6 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any of the following types of loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any loss or corruption of data, or any failure of the Platform resulting from circumstances outside the reasonable control of 6zz6, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or third-party service disruptions.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind, even if 6zz6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Gaming losses incurred as a result of participation in any game or bet on the Platform. Gaming is inherently subject to chance, and 6zz6 does not guarantee any outcome or return.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
